Whole Wheat Pancakes

Serves: About Twelve 6-inch Cakes


Mix Dry Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon double acting baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix Wet Ingredients Separately:

3 cups of skim milk

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons molasses

2 slightly beaten whole eggs

4 tablespoons melted butter

Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients just enough to wet all the flour. The consistency of the batter should be so it drips off a spoon but not be runny.
